Horo ("the App") is developed by Shahad. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is stored, and your rights.
Horo does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All task data, preferences, and settings remain on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
The App stores your tasks and preferences locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms (UserDefaults and the application file system). This data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync.
If you opt in to iCloud sync, your task data is stored in your personal iCloud container. This data is governed by Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy. Horo does not operate any servers and cannot access your iCloud data.
Horo contains no analytics SDKs, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party frameworks. We do not track how you use the App.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Horo does not have access to your payment information.
Horo does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App does not collect information from anyone.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

By downloading or using Horo ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Horo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You retain ownership of all tasks and data you create in Horo. Your content is stored locally on your device and optionally in your iCloud account. We do not access, view, or process your content.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horo and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
